Jennifer McAndrew
Executive Director Email: jmcandrew@plymouthcrossroads.org Jennifer McAndrew is Plymouth Crossroads’ Executive Director and has served in that role since the resident’s founding in 2011. Ms. McAndrew is responsible for ensuring ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of all areas of operation; actively engaging volunteers, board members, committees, alumni, partnering organizations, and funders; expanding local revenue generating and fundraising; and building partnerships. Before coming to Plymouth, Jennifer served ten years as a Credentialed Prevention Specialist with Western New York United Against Drug and Alcohol Abuse, working with youth and peers in building protective and resiliency factors against substance use among youth. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice at Hilbert College, studied Elementary Education at Fredonia State College, and is certified in Trauma Informed Care and Developing Sustainable Organizations. Donell Gibson Program Coordinator Email: dgibson@plymouthcrossroads.org Donell Gibson has worked with Plymouth Crossroads for 4 years. He began his career with Plymouth as a Case Manager and gradually worked his way up to becoming the Program Coordinator. Prior to coming to work for Plymouth he spent the past 26 years working at the Renaissance House Campus as an Addiction Counselor as well as Shift Supervisor. His passion comes from his parents, family and spiritual background. “It’s a joy just knowing that no matter what the outcome may be, I took the time out to try and help make a difference in a person’s life”. Michele Harrington Administrative Assistant Email: michele@plymouthcrossroads.org Michele Harrington is the Outreach and Development Manager for Plymouth Crossroads. She has been with us since January 2019. With a previous background in employer health insurance for 16+ years, she took a new challenge in a not-for-profit organization. Once taking the position she gained an appreciation for not-for-profits and compassion for youth homelessness. Victoria Petherick Resident Care Specialist Email: vpetherick@plymouthcrossroads.org Victoria Petherick, LMSW is the Resident & Alumni Care Specialist at Plymouth Crossroads, since February of 2019. Victoria came to Plymouth Crossroads in 2018 as a Master’s of Social Work intern. As an intern, Victoria ran groups with the residents and helped plan special events. In her current role as Resident & Alumni Care Specialist, Victoria assists with Family Reunions, the annual Christmas Party, birthday and graduation celebrations as well as assisting with administrative tasks. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Victoria temporarily stepped into the role of Case Manager in order to continue serving the residents and alumni. Victoria volunteered her time after the closing of the residence, helping with various tasks as needed. When she isn’t working evenings for Plymouth, she works full-time at BestSelf Behavioral Health as a Counselor. Victoria graduated from The University at Buffalo’s School of Social Work. She is currently pursuing her Clinical license. |
